George Berkeley Discussion.

".. we are under an invincible blindness as to the true and real nature of things. .."
(George Berkeley 1710)

Do we really see the way people and objects really are? How do we know things we see are real? Are our senses manipulated by God and we only see what he wants us to see? Or is everything around us real matter that is correctly intrepreted by our sense? I believe that everything we see has been created by God.Life is like a game he has programmed to test us... if we win we go to heaven.. if we lose we go to hell. Tese thoughts are all mostly based on faith but looking at the world around us and the times we are put to the test may show us he exists. Who created all the morals of society? Most of these morals are tracked all the way back to Moses and the ten commandments. Most morals came to this day and through men of great faith such as Moses who wrote many of their beliefs down... which later became the BIBLE!... Or maybe I'm just wrong with everyone else.. a strong possibility.. and Yeah i ramble alot.

All Christians believe that God exists. Do they have proper justifications for this belief? Yes, their belief is thousands of years old, but that doesn't make it the truth. The Bible is a sort of justification due to the fact that it was written separately, by many different writers who were never associated and never met. There is also the fact of the world around us. All these organisms and substances could not have been created so perfectly by a simple BIG BOOM, or by a series of lucky by chance occurrances. And there so called miracles that have occurred in certain Christian faiths that are solid justifications of a larger power, such as healings and other unexplainable events like incorrupt bodies of believers who, when they died, did not rot or mold . If you have a scientific side you would like to argue or other justifications for the christian beliefs please comment.
